Vintage Rolex Oyster gold dial ladies wrist watch, circa 1946. This Swiss Rolex wrist watch has a stainless steel and 14 karat yellow gold case and original gold dial. This Rolex wristwatch has a 17 jewel manual movement and original crown. This is a rare early Rolex Oyster model with case #455661 and reference #3626/160.
