Antique Victor Talking Machine original finish walnut model VV-XIV, circa 1918. This Victor Talking Machine features an original finish walnut upright cabinet with carved ornamentation, doors for sound control, and record storage below. Nipper the dog is clearly visible on the cabinet and ID plate. This was a special order gramophone that originally sold for $225 (that’s $4,277 in today’s dollars!) and features the original factory label dated 1918. The antique record player is powered by a double spring hand crank motor and was made in Camden NJ at the Victor Talking Machine Factory. This gramophone includes records, needles, and a six month warranty.
