Vintage American diamond & ruby two tone 18K dome ring, circa 1950. This 18 karat two tone gold dome ring features a .38 carat center diamond having VS1 clarity and E color. It is accented with 15 round brilliant cut diamonds at 1.20 carat total weight and 1.60 carat total weight of round rubies. The diamonds have VS1-2 clarity and D-E color. The rubies are of excellent quality and color. This diamond ruby dome ring is a size 6.
