Vintage Italian 18 karat yellow gold and enamel portrait ring, circa 1925. This Italian portrait ring is in a heavy lattice openwork setting with a mini portrait surrounded by a scroll border and single cut diamond. This Renaissance Revival style portrait ring is size 7.5. A single hair brush was used to execute portrait.
