Vintage American 0.78 carat diamond center 18K engagement ring, circa 1940. This 18 karat yellow gold engagement ring features a raised center round brilliant cut diamond at .78 carat. The diamond has VS1 clarity and G color. There are 16 round brilliant accent diamonds at .80 carat total weight with VS-SI clarity and G-H color. This vintage engagement ring has 1.58 catars of total diamond weight, is a size 7.25, and weighs 4.9 grams.
