This natural opal is very fine quality custom cut in a shield shaped cabochon measuring 21.15mm x 18.16mm x 2.2mm and weighing 4.81 CTW. The opal has the original skin on the back. There are 46 full cut accent diamonds at .34 carat total weight with VS1-2 clarity and F-G color. The 18 karat yellow gold chain features a lobster clasp.
