Vintage 5.20 carat star sapphire and diamond pendant and chain, circa 1960. This vintage necklace has a 14 karat yellow gold pendant featuring a 5.20 carat very light blue star sapphire in an open work design. It is accented with two round brilliant diamonds at 0.20 carat total weight. The diamonds have SI1 clarity and H color. The vintage pendant comes on an 18″ open rope chain. This vintage star sapphire necklace is appraised at $3314.
