monumental tall case clock in multicolored onyx with gilt bronze
ormolu. Possibly a one-of-a-kind piece, worthy of a palace. The
proportions of the clock are graceful and the imposing size commands
attention. Carefully selected, wildly grained Pakistani onyx complemented
by the heavy gilt bronze ormolu creates a tapestry of rich colors
that would brighten any room. The 8-day, gong striking movement
has a cast brass dial with porcelain cartouche numerals. The whole
is presided over by a well cast figure of Father Time. Dimensions:
